The idea of B Sharp was put in my lap literally, while scaling a patient, years ago I was embarrassed to have a dull instrument. I excused myself and turned my back to the patient to sharpen my NEVI2. She was blown away, I was so mortified. No, blown away in a good way. She had never actually seen an instrument get sharpened before.
